As Deputy Director of ICT Services at the University of Professional Studies, Accra, Bismark helps shape technology policy, support systems, and institutional strategy. His work connects technical decisions to the needs of students, staff, and the wider university community.

His consulting experience spans the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice, the Judicial Service, energy companies, universities, and multinational technology partners. He has managed complex digital initiatives, including work connected to Ghana’s eJustice programme.

Bismark is a motivational speaker and a consultant in personal, business, and career development. Through Arbiter Career Academy and his teaching work, he coaches emerging leaders to combine confidence, discipline, and practical skill.

He co-founded GeeksGiveBack to make experienced technology professionals more accessible to African nonprofits. His focus is building partnerships that leave organizations stronger, more capable, and ready for long-term growth.
